Supervisor, Welding (Full Time)

PRINCIPAL DUTIES : Responsible for all arc and gas welding performed in the park. Responsible for employee scheduling and daily Workday functions.

Ensure all NDT and documentation is performed to SEA Standards.

Responsible for maintaining a yearly budget.

Ensure shop material and tool inventory is maintained.

Responsible for continuing education in the Weld Shop.

Responsible for sending out a daily report.

Responsible for requesting quotes and placing material requisitions.

Responsible for all welding certifications, updates, and documentation.

Responsible for safe work environment.

Responsible for scheduling P.M. services on all equip¬ment and required documentation.

Must be a team leader.

Must have good communication skills.

Provide performance appraisal on each employee.

Must be able to do a project estimate for new projects and have a working knowledge of blueprints and welding specification
