About the Role

Seeking an experienced CMM / Laser Arm Programmer & Operator to join our quality team. This role is critical in ensuring that our prototype laser-cut parts meet the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in prototype manufacturing and a working knowledge of PC-DMIS and PolyWorks software.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate CMMs and laser arms to inspect and validate prototype parts.
• Use PC-DMIS and PolyWorks to execute precise dimensional inspections.
• Analyze inspection results and identify part deviations or quality issues.
• Provide detailed feedback and send parts back to laser for edits or improvements.
• Collaborate closely with production and quality teams to maintain quality flow.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and reports.
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays as production demands.
