Compensation :
55,000 - $69,000 plus benefits
Responsibilities :
- Submit insurance claims and follow up on unpaid, rejected, or denied claims to resolve and resubmit when required
- Review client bills for accuracy and completeness and proactively obtain any missing payer information for inclusion
- Issue refunds, transfer of responsibility, and adjustments, as needed, and update accounting records
- Reconcile billing, prepare invoices, compile financial records using billing software and field related questions with internal teams and customers
- Field customer and colleague questions about account activity, status, and outstanding balances
- Manage invoicing processes with precision and timeliness.
- Ensure prompt resolution of billing discrepancies.
- Apply strong organizational skills to maintain accurate financial records.
- Leverage financial software tools to support efficient operations.
- Follow up on overdue accounts by developing and executing effective collection plans.
Qualifications :
Customer service, accounts receivable, data entry, and billing experience is advantageousAssociate degree in business, finance, or a related field strongly preferred; high school diploma / GED or equivalent necessaryMust have a basic understanding of financial fundamentals including accounting, billing, and collections processesEnsure accurate billing through strong communication, math, and organizational skillsStrong financial management software skills are necessary in this positionMust live within daily driving distance of the officeMust have working rights in the USAAccounts receivable management experience required, quickbooks a plusAbout Company
