Summary :
The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to C-suite executives, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience handling confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule appointments across multiple time zones
- Organize and prepare materials for executive meetings, including agendas, reports, and presentations
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project milestones on behalf of the executive
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal / external stakeholders
- Screen and respond to emails, calls, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Prepare expense reports and ensure timely reimbursement submissions
- Maintain confidential records and files with a high level of accuracy and security
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting C-level executivesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with collaboration tools like Zoom, Slack, and project management software is a plusAbility to anticipate needs and exercise sound judgmentBachelors degree requiredPay Details : $60, to $65, per year
