POSITION SUMMARY :

Most property management companies refer to the team that keeps things running smoothly as "maintenance", but we are NOT most property management companies. We focus on providing the best service to our residents and our owners!
As the Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the entire maintenance process for two properties by ordering supplies, diagnosing maintenance problems, and performing service requests while having a strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general carpentry.
