Technical Graphic Designer (Apparel)

Our client is seeking a Technical Graphic Designer to join their innovative Sportswear team, supporting the translation of creative design concepts into production-ready artwork for apparel manufacturing. This role focuses on the technical execution of design, building precise schematics, layout templates, and print specifications that factory partners use to bring products to life. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where accuracy and consistency are essential.

This position follows a hybrid schedule based in Beaverton, Oregon.

Technical Graphic Designer (Apparel) Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to convert creative concepts into detailed, factory-ready technical schematics and production files.
• Build and refine layout templates, print placements, and graphic specifications to ensure manufacturing precision.
• Prepare and review artwork files for accuracy in dimensions, placements, and color standards prior to vendor release.
• Maintain brand consistency by following established design systems and seasonal guidelines.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product development, and manufacturing, to align on production requirements.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.

Compensation : Up to $47.33 / hr. (DOE)
