System Engineer – Full-Time, Direct Hire (W2 Only)

Salary Range : $145K–$160K + Quarterly Bonuses

Job Description

We are seeking a System Engineer for a full-time, direct-hire role supporting enterprise infrastructure within a hybrid environment— onsite Monday through Thursday in 10038, with remote work on Fridays . This position requires a strong technical foundation across storage systems, virtualization, server technologies, and identity / access security. The engineer will work hands-on with Cisco UCSx blade systems, VMware, Azure Conditional Access, and various supporting technologies to ensure a secure, stable, and high-performing environment.

You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining infrastructure platforms, troubleshooting complex issues, supporting upgrades and patching cycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to operate in a mission-critical environment.

Must-Have Skills

• Enterprise Storage administration
• MS Azure Conditional Access (policy configuration and security enforcement)
• Cisco UCSx – Unified Computing System (Blades)
• VMware (vSphere, ESXi, virtual infrastructure support)
