Guest Services Representative

As part of our dedicated staff, you will have the opportunity to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your role will involve assisting guests with check-ins, check-outs, inquiries, and special requests, all while upholding our commitment to top-notch customer service.

Compensation : $12 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay
• Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and organized lobby area for a welcoming atmosphere
• Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience
• Be able to work on your feet for a typical shift for 8 hours at a time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
