Job Description :

• Provide skilled occupational therapy assistant services to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
• Implement and carry out treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Assist patients in improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence
• Accurately document services using the EMR system  WellSky (Kinnser)
• Educate patients and caregivers on safe techniques and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and caregivers to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements :

• Active  Texas COTA License
• EMR Experience – Wellsky / Kinnser is a Plus
• Home Health Experience is a plus
• Current CPR Certification
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
