Location : Colusa & Gridley, California

Schedule : 4x10-hour shifts, Monday–Friday (No weekends or call)

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our dynamic team specializing in Interventional Pain Management and Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery . This role supports a fellowship-trained physician with a cutting-edge, evidence-based approach to treating spine and chronic pain conditions using minimally invasive techniques.

Position Highlights :

Full-time (4 days / week, 10-hour shifts)

Outpatient setting in modern clinics in Colusa and Gridley

Collaborate directly with a board-certified interventional spine specialist

Participate in patient evaluation, procedural follow-up, imaging review, and care planning

No nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities

Strong support team and excellent work-life balance

Ideal Candidate :

Licensed NP or PA in the state of California (or eligible)

Interest or experience in pain management, orthopedics, neurology, or spine care

Confident in patient assessment, diagnostics, and continuity of care

Skilled communicator with a collaborative and compassionate approach

About the Clinics :
