What You'll Do :

As an Installation Estimator , you'll be putting together successful project bids-analyzing project specifications and documents, calculating costs, and helping turn construction plans into real, on-the-ground results.

Your day will include :

• Reading project documents to understand materials, timelines, and labor needs.
• Estimating installation labor costs for doors, frames, hardware, and building specialties.
• Collaborating with subcontractors and vendors for quotes.
• Reviewing code discrepancies and suggesting alternate bid strategies.
• Working directly with sales, install managers, and project teams.

What You'll Bring :

We're looking for someone with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for precision, combined with strong communication skills across email, phone, and face-to-face interactions. The ideal candidate can manage multiple deadlines and projects while thriving as a team player in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a willingness to work onsite and maintain consistent, punctual attendance is essential. Construction experience is a plus - but not required. We'll train the right person who's willing to learn!
