Proactively prospect and generate new business through leads, referrals, and strategic partnerships. Genuine willingness to learn, with an intuitive, resourceful, and coachable attitude. Strong self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently. Confident and proactive, with excellent problem-solving skills. Must hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license.
