This leadership role partners with the Resident Care Director to ensure quality care, regulatory compliance, and effective staff supervision. Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise, mentor, and support Memory Care and Resident Care Assistants
• Manage resident assessments, admissions, and individualized care plans
• Oversee medication administration and ensure compliance with state standards
