About the Role

The Company is in search of a full-time Associate Vice President to join its Commercial Real Estate Originations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating and underwriting new commercial real estate investments that align with the firm's strategy. This includes conducting market research, building financial models, and evaluating complex deal components. The role also involves preparing investment memorandums, managing real estate due diligence, and sourcing new investment opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry professionals, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in real estate originations and underwriting, or 5-7 years in commercial real estate, finance, banking, or accounting. Experience in servicing and asset management is a plus. The role requires the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and a proactive approach to business development.
