User Experience Designer

Robert Half's enterprise client is looking for a skilled and innovative User Experience Designer to join their team in Seattle, Washington or Austin, Texas. In this long-term contract role, you will be at the forefront of creating user-centered designs that simplify complex workflows and deliver seamless experiences across mobile and desktop platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform ideas into impactful designs that prioritize customer needs while aligning with technical and business requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct usability studies to gather customer insights
• Advocate for user needs in every design decision
• Design clear, user-centered experiences for both customer-facing and internal tools
• Ensure consistency across our product ecosystem
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver practical, impactful solutions
• Balance design vision with technical feasibility

Qualifications :

Your Day-to-Day : You'll work closely with research and product teams to understand users, test ideas, and measure success. You'll sketch concepts, build prototypes, and refine final designs. Expect a fast-paced environment where you'll improve both customer experiences and internal systems.
