The Project Manager plays a critical role in software implementations and is responsible for :

• Developing and maintaining comprehensive project plans for each software implementation project Monitoring and updating internal project management hubs (ex : Jira & Basecamp) Communicating with clients about project expectations, timelines, and upcoming deliverables Learning the Vision CAMA solution and teaching it to clients during onsite & remote training sessions Capturing detailed conversion feedback from clients and translating it for Business Analysts who will be completing the associated conversion work Driving project process improvements to enhance speed and quality Tracking project milestones and deliverables until successfully complete An excellent candidate in this role : Has deep prior experience as a Project Manager, ideally managing large, complex projects such as ERP, Payroll, or Financial software implementations Has prior experience in Database-driven implementations Is comfortable utilizing SQL Server querying Is comfortable learning & teaching new software products Is a ‘connector’, building bridges to other departments and staying in the loop on their activities as a means of reducing or removing barriers to project completion Is highly detail-oriented Is proactive in managing agendas, updating stakeholders and documenting action items Is comfortable operating within an Agile process Generates strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Has a Bachelor’s degree Has previous CAMA experience Is interested in learning about Property Appraisal and the Vision software solutions in order to better understand client needs, conduct successful trainings, and interact with Data Architects and Engineers If this sounds like you – we look forward to meeting you!
