As part of the Creative Team, you’ll collaborate with ministries across the church to brainstorm, produce, and deliver engaging video content for social media, worship services, promotions, and events. Your work will directly support our mission to reach, teach, and disciple, using video as a powerful tool for ministry.

What You’ll Do :

Partner with ministry teams to develop creative strategies and bring ideas to life

Maintain consistent branding and visual identity across all content

Produce short-form videos and reels for social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)

Monitor the effectiveness of content and adapt to reach and engage more people

What You Bring :

2–4 years of experience in video production and editing or a related field (or a degree in media / film)

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite

Experience in studio and field production (lighting, audio, camera work) helpful

Strong communication skills and an eye for detail and design

Knowledge of social media content trends and engagement strategies

High School Diploma or GED required

Experience in motion graphics, non-linear editing, or familiarity with the ministries of Lone Star Cowboy Church would be an added advantage. This is an hourly, non-exempt position, working Sunday-Thursday. Some evening and weekend work may be required.

We’re not just looking for skills—we’re looking for someone who shares our values :

A caring heart that seeks to serve others.

A desire to grow in Christ-like character.

A commitment to integrity, excellence, and humility in your work.

We'd love to hear from you if you’re ready to use your creative gifts to serve the Church and advance the Gospel. Apply today and help us tell the story of what God is doing at Lone Star.
