Our Client, a Business Manufacturing and Supply company, is looking for a .NET Developer  for their Wilmington, NC location.

Responsibilities :

  • Developing, testing, and debugging software, components, tools, and utilities required for the operation, maintenance, and control of computer systems.
  • At a high level, involved in the analysis, design, and development of computer systems.
  • Be able to exercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of complex components / large projects.
  • Develops technical solutions to moderately complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity.
  • Contribute to the completion of specific programs and projects where failure to achieve results will typically result in serious program delays and considerable expense.
  • hours per week onsite with the possibility of overtime.
  • Experienced resource to convert multiple platforms comprised of COM exe’s and dll’s to a modern architecture such as .NET or .NET Core while implementing best practices for the chosen architecture.
  • Encompasses the computer science or engineering discipline which involves technological and operating principles contained in all aspects of written computer data, such as programs or routines essential to the operation of computers, including operating systems, databases, compilers, computer networks, algorithms, and Internet-related tools.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree (IT / Engineering) or relevant experience
  • years of experience with .NET Framework or .NET Core desired
  • Net Framework / NET Core application development
  • C, Visual , , , , SQL Server, MVC, SSIS.
  • Familiarity in working with client / server RDMS systems
  • Experience with UX / UI design and development
  • At ease with Database technology and SQL
  • Familiarity with Git and Azure Dev Ops / Git Lab.
  • Experience with WPF, MAUI, Win UI or Blazor
  • Experienced developing web applications, both front and back end.
  • Windows system troubleshooting
  • Data access with Object Relational Models such as Entity Framework or Dapper
  • Developing applications with Windows Presentation Foundation
  • Application performance troubleshooting and tuning. (finding memory leaks, debugging running applications, evaluating, and mitigating performance problems)
  • The ability to work with, a small development team.
  • The ability to work with solution customers (Mfg. Engineering & Operations) on issues as they arise.
  • The ability to communicate information clearly within working team, customers, and stakeholders.
