What You’ll Do

As our Sous Chef, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly and our dishes consistently wow our guests. Your responsibilities will include :

• Assisting the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations.
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our culinary standards.
• Supervising and mentoring kitchen staff to maintain a productive and harmonious work environment.
• Ensuring food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are upheld at all times.
• Contributing to menu planning and recipe development with creativity and attention to detail.
• Managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers to maintain stock levels.
