Job Posting : Locum Tenens Opportunity Nursing Home Care

Position : Locum Tenens (MD / DO / NP)

Location : Springfield, MA

Start Date : ASAP (Targeting last week of December)

Duration : Ongoing until permanent hire

Key Details :

• Scope of Work : Provide nursing home care, including management of patients with wounds (No prior wound care experience required comprehensive 4-week paid training and shadowing provided).
• Schedule : Monday through Friday,
• Volume : Approximately 25-35 wound cases per day.
• Documentation : Must be completed within 24 hours of each visit using EMR system DocNow.
• Licensure : Must hold an active Massachusetts license.

Compensation :

Flexible payment structure : hourly or daily rate.

Previous wound care experience is not required.
