Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Community Neurology (Telehealth / Virtual Care)

Overview

Indiana University Health Medical Group Community Medicine Specialty Care Neurology  is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant  to join our Virtual Care team!

This position provides virtual / tele-health consults to adult Neurology patients across the state of Indiana. Collaborate remotely with a team that includes three Community Medicine Neurologists based at IU Health North Hospital in Carmel, Indiana.

Position Details :

• Full-Time, Days (REMOTE)
• Nine 4-hour clinic sessions per week
• 8 : 00am-5 : 00PM
• No weekends, holidays, or call
• Provide clinical care and documentation pertaining to adult patients established with the Neurology team.
