Office Support Specialist

This is a remote position.

The Office Support Specialist performs a wide range of administrative and clerical duties to keep the office running efficiently. The position supports multiple departments by managing documents data entry and office logistics.

Key Responsibilities :

Handle general office tasks including filing scanning and data organization.

Provide clerical support to management and project teams.

Maintain office inventory and order supplies as needed.

Coordinate office communications and distribute correspondence.

Support administrative projects and assist with workflow improvement.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; postsecondary education preferred.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office equipment.
