Job Summary :

The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving manufacturing processes enhancing product quality and ensuring operational efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual looking to contribute to our team and make an impact in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluate and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Develop and implement engineering solutions for heavy structural fabrication and machining.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design quality assurance and production to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct root cause analysis of production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to identify areas for continuous improvement.
• Develop and maintain process documentation including work instructions process flows and quality control standards.
• Assist in the design and development of manufacturing tools and fixtures.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in manufacturing processes.
• Train and mentor manufacturing staff on new processes tools and best practices.
• Analyze production data and provide reporting on key metrics such as efficiency quality and production costs.

$87456.00 - 131184.00
