Rose's Agency Home Care is seeking a highly organized and outgoing Staffing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable wearing many hats in our small but very busy office.

The position consists of :

  • Supporting our hiring process and matching caregivers with clients based on appropriate skills and schedule needs.
  • Helping new employees understand their duties and responsibilities, and the company's rules and operating procedures.
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
  • Supporting and communicating with our Care Manager for daily work flow needs.
  • Assist with project coordination and follow-up on tasks as needed.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
  • Assist with client phone assessments and care plans.
  • Maintain accurate schedules, care notes and follow up as needed with field staff.

Skills :

  • Spanish speaking is a plus!
  • 1+ years of experience in a staffing or administrative assistant role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well within a team
  • Strong organizational skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to details and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to to handle multiple phone lines and incoming Slack or text messages.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
