What You’ll Do :

Provide individualized OT evaluations and treatment for children.

Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to support progress.

Create play-based, functional treatment plans that promote independence.

Lead and mentor students or colleagues if desired.

Document sessions accurately and maintain compliance.

Requirements :

Florida OT license.

Pediatric experience preferred.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Passion for working with kids and a desire to grow professionally.
