Your Role : Architect / Project Designer
What You'll Do :
Take charge of architectural tasks with guidance from senior team members while stepping into leadership roles on select projectsTranslate established standards into polished documents, drawings, and presentations that impress clientsDevelop architectural solutions on smaller projects or segments of larger-scale work, building portfolio-worthy achievementsLead research on product and system innovations to inform your designsHead code analysis, specification development, and construction administration for assigned projectsCoordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage small to medium project with growing autonomy.What You Bring to the Table :
A Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) in ArchitectureMinimum 8 years of architectural design experienceLicensure preferred but not required- title and duties dependent on licensure statusExperience with Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills - with the ability to listen actively and translate client / team needs into real solutionsAbility to travel to off-site projects and officesMust possess a valid driver's licenseMust be eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorshipBenefits That Build Your Future :
