Bachelors Degree required. Technical / quantitative fields strongly preferred (Engineering Computer Science Data Science Math Economics Finance). Strong proficiency in MS Excel (automation VBA Power Query). Experience with SQL and Python required; exposure to visualization tools (Tableau Power BI or lightweight web frameworks) strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets automate repetitive workflows and build clean reliable systems. Prior energy experience is advantageous but not essential curiosity and drive to learn quickly are more important. Strong ownership mentality : able to work independently in ambiguous situations propose solutions and follow through with meticulous attention to detail.
