Job Summary

The Pediatric Cardiac ICU provider will be working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team within the UT Southwestern Pediatric Cardiology division at Children s Health in Dallas to provide comprehensive care to pediatric patients on our inpatient pediatric cardiac intensive care unit. These patients present with a wide variety of congenital and acquired heart disease. This position will require a high degree of critical thinking and clinical expertise in working with pediatric patients in the cardiac intensive care unit. The APP is responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management, education, consultation, and health promotion and care coordination for patients and their families.
