Position : General Nurse – Medical Unit

Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients admitted to the Medical Unit.
• Conduct patient assessments, create care plans, and administer medications.
• Monitor and observe patients’ conditions, report any changes, and provide appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about their conditions and provide support and guidance.
