ID : 74014384 Shift : 19 : 00-07 : 00 Description : Information : Lawnwood Regional RRT (754) Location : Lawnwood Regional Address : 1700 South 23rd street, Ft Pierce, FL 34954 Floor : Building : Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s) : Number of Beds 437 beds Number of Staff 60 Type of staff : Director, permanent staff, 7-8 RRT s,3-4 per diem help o Day Shift Director, Manager, Supervisor, 8-10 RRT o Night Shift Supervisor, 8 10 RRT Patient Ratios approximately 44-46 procedures per shift Type of equipment Servo I ventilators, nebulizer, Hamilton, V 60, Astral CPAP & BIPAP machines, ABG s, CPT EMR Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for : (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. BLS, ACLS, 2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first. Trauma experience Director prefer to only consider candidates with previous Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Respiratory Therapist provides treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, emphysema Best personality Fit : Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced Active disciplinary approach, collaborative physician relationships Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
