Responsibilities

  • Oversees purchasing of materials, equipment, subcontracts, and temporary facilities for construction projects and inventory.
  • Manages pricing, delivery, and credit terms while securing high‑value agreements to maximize cost efficiency
  • Develops and enforces procurement policies to align purchasing activities with project schedules and corporate objectives
  • Works closely with project leadership, estimating, legal, and executive teams to support organizational goals
  • Cultivates strong partnerships with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure long‑term value and competitive advantage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field
  • Over 15 years of advancing experience in heavy civil construction across procurement, project management, and estimating
  • Extensive leadership background encompassing strategic planning and organizational direction
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain and procurement processes, best practices, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proven ability to exercise sound judgment, manage time effectively, and deliver results in fast-paced environments

    • Salary : $180k - $200k
