job_description.job_card.job_descriptionExperience with healthcare industry projects Familiarity with security frameworks such as HIPAA, MARS-E, ARC-AMPE, NIST, FERPA Proficiency with Microsoft Office and eGRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer) PMP Certification Security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM) Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables for security and compliance initiatives. Develop and implement project management processes and documentation for the cybersecurity division. Collaborate with internal and external teams including vendors and IT personnel. Track and report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership. Guide and support cross-functional teams through the System Development Lifecycle (SDLC). Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for security and compliance processes. Support audits, assessments, and compliance evaluations (HIPAA, NIST, MARS-E, etc.). Prepare and deliver status reports and project documentation using tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, eGRC (e.g., RSA Archer), Atlassian, Bizagi, and MS Project.
Required Skills :
- Minimum 3 years’ Project Management experience
- 1+ years of experience within information security, compliance or risk management
- Ability to plan, guide, manage, organize, and coordinate work assignments to employees
- Ability to present and prepare reports
- Ability to assign appropriate priorities to work activities based on organizational goals and situational pressures
- Ability to effectively plan and communicate work activities and deadlines
