Assistant Community Association Manager
Position Overview
The Assistant Community Association Manager supports the Community Association Manager (CAM) in the day-to-day operations of assigned communities. This role helps ensure that the associations are managed in accordance with governing documents, state laws, and company policies while delivering excellent customer service to homeowners, Board members, and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Community Association Manager with administrative and operational duties for assigned communities.
Respond to homeowner and Board inquiries promptly, providing excellent customer service.
Help prepare and distribute Board meeting packets, agendas, and minutes.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work and adherence to community standards.
Support the financial management process by tracking invoices, assessments, and budgets as directed.
Conduct periodic property inspections and assist with enforcement of community rules and regulations.
Maintain accurate records, files, and reports in compliance with company and association standards.
Assist in organizing community events and communication initiatives.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful management of the associations.
Qualifications
Previous experience in property management, HOA / condo management, real estate, hospitality, or related field preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn industry-specific software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
CAM license (where applicable) or willingness to obtain.
Bilingual skills are a plus.

Pay and Benefits :
$21.00 to $24.00, per hour depending on education and experience.
