Key responsibilities include operational leadership, process improvement, and the management of special projects, as well as the creation and execution of a comprehensive partnership strategy. The VP will also serve as the primary liaison between tech and clinic ops teams, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of technology solutions with operational needs. Applicants for the VP of Programs and Partnerships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 5 years' of experience in operations management, business development, or strategic partnerships, particularly in healthcare or related industries. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
