About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary Senior Vice President (SVP) of Product Management to spearhead innovation and growth within its healthcare technology solutions portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with creating impactful digital solutions that enhance clinical outcomes, operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This executive role demands a leader with a strong background in healthcare technology, including expertise in interoperability standards, compliance requirements, and clinical workflows. The SVP will be responsible for the full product lifecycle, from ideation to market adoption, and will lead a dynamic product team in shaping solutions that empower healthcare providers, payers, and patients.

Applicants for the SVP position should have a Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years' experience in healthcare organizations or providers, coupled with at least 5 years in enterprise software product management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of launching scalable solutions in healthcare markets, deep knowledge of healthcare operations, and strong leadership skills to manage cross-functional, global teams. The role also involves defining and executing the long-term product vision, developing strategic partnerships, and staying ahead of emerging trends in the healthcare technology landscape, such as AI, digital health, and telemedicine. The SVP will be expected to be a visible thought leader in the industry, engaging in evangelism at major conferences and contributing to industry publications.
