A company is looking for an IT and Technical Support Manager. Key Responsibilities Own IT infrastructure for US operations, focusing on Google Workspace and compliance with security / privacy requirements Collaborate on IT compliance with regulatory teams and ensure adherence to HIPAA, SOC2, and HITRUST / ISO 27001 standards Provide second line technical support for users and work with Customer Success to resolve issues Required Qualifications Background in Computer Science or equivalent experience 3+ years of experience in IT within regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, automotive, space) Experience with HIPAA, SOC2, HITRUST, and / or ISO 27001 Experience managing macOS and / or Linux environments with endpoint management tools Experience in providing technical support and communicating with internal and external users
