Key Responsibilities
Set up and maintain the breakfast area including arranging food beverages utensils and supplies.
Prepare basic food items such as fruit pastries oatmeal eggs or beverages (depending on the property).
Ensure food safety and cleanliness by following proper handling storage and sanitation guidelines.
Greet guests warmly answer questions and assist with any special requests.
Monitor buffet items and restock food and beverages as needed to keep items fresh and available.
Clean and sanitize tables counters equipment and serving stations throughout and after service.
Maintain inventory of breakfast items and communicate supply needs to management.
Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Comply with hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
