POSITION SUMMARY :

Our Redmond-based client is looking for a Web developer for a 100% remote position. The main function of the Web Developer is to design, code, and create system specifications, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, document, and implement complex software applications.

Responsibilities

Design, code, test, document, implement, and maintain application programs and interfaces.
Devise or modify procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results.
Modify, install, and prepare technical documentation for system software applications.
Monitor systems capacity and performance, plan and execute disaster recovery procedures, and provide technical support.
Identify, escalate, and document production impact issues.
Evaluate user requests for new or modified computer programs to determine feasibility, cost, time required, and compatibility with current systems and capabilities.

Qualifications

Must have 8-10 years of experience.

Must have 8+ years of experience with React.

Must have 8+ years of experience with Azure technologies / cloud technologies.

Must have 5+ years of Data experience.

Should have the ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Should have the ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issues.

Should know about computer hardware and software.

Should know end-to-end systems development life cycles.

Should know computer development software as it relates to systems, such as SQL, Visual Basic, etc.

Should have expertise with COBOL, MVS, CICS, JCL, or other mainframe tools and utilities.

A competitive pay range of $59 / hr-61 / hr (depending on experience).

15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
