Are you hands-on customer-focused and ready to grow your career Whether you have experience in the trades or are looking to break into the industry Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives who are ready to help customers solve problems and learn the business from the ground up. This is a hybrid role based out of West Chester OH in accordance with the Ferguson Flex schedule.

Responsibilities

• Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
• Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for general information addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
• Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) system and phone system.

Pay Range : $18.71 - $29.92

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.

Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
