Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Consultant Lead Engineer who can guide technical teams work closely with business stakeholders and ensure successful delivery of complex technical solutions. This role requires strong leadership deep technical expertise and the ability to translate business needs into effective engineering outcomes. You will oversee solution design implementation troubleshooting and optimization across multiple platforms and technologies.

Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership

Lead end-to-end technical solution design and architecture for enterprise-scale projects.

Provide guidance to engineering teams ensuring technical quality best practices and adherence to project standards.

Review and validate technical designs code structures integrations and configurations.

Lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams including product business QA and infrastructure.

Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement

Work directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements and define technical strategies.

Translate functional needs into clear scalable technical solutions.

Present solution approaches architectural models and implementation plans to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Project Delivery

Oversee the execution of technical workstreams ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.

Collaborate with project managers to define timelines risk mitigation strategies and resource needs.

Troubleshoot complex issues during development testing and deployment phases.

Coordinate with vendors and third-party partners for integrations upgrades or customizations.

System Implementation & Optimization

Support configuration development integration and performance tuning across systems.

Identify technical gaps and propose improvements enhancements and modernization strategies.

Ensure systems meet security compliance and performance standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

12 years of hands-on experience in technical engineering consulting or solution architecture roles.

Strong experience leading technical teams in enterprise environments.

Deep expertise in system design software development life cycle and integration methods.

Strong understanding of cloud platforms microservices API frameworks and modern technology stacks.

Ability to create detailed architectural documents diagrams and solution proposals.

Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex technical challenges.

Strong communication and client-facing skills with experience working in consulting environments.

Experience with performance tuning system optimization and large-scale solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in on-site / near-site consulting environments.

Knowledge of industry best practices for security compliance and system reliability.

Exposure to DevOps tools automation frameworks and CI / CD processes.

Experience guiding teams through technology modernization cloud migration or digital transformation.
