Job Summary

Be the showrunner behind a one-of-a-kind guest experience - Netflix House is coming to Dallas! A new immersive experience that will take guests inside the story. As Operations Manager for Levy at Netflix House you will lead all venue operations, drive service excellence, and champion innovation to bring hospitality to life in an immersive, guest-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field
• 3+ years of management experience in hospitality, live entertainment, or food & beverage operations
• Strong knowledge of operational compliance, safety, and sanitation standards
• Proficiency with scheduling, labor management, and budgeting systems
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• ServSafe certification or similar preferred
