Plumber Foreman
As a Plumber Foreman, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in both residential and commercial structures. You will interpret blueprints and building specifications to map layouts for plumbing materials, ensuring compliance with safety and code regulations. This role requires collaboration with contractors and other professionals on job sites, as well as providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities include : installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures; interpreting blueprints and building specifications for plumbing layouts; inspecting and testing plumbing systems for safety and code compliance; diagnosing and troubleshooting plumbing issues, recommending effective solutions; collaborating with contractors, electricians, and other professionals on job sites; maintaining accurate records of time, materials, and work performed; ensuring compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations; and providing excellent customer service and communicating effectively with clients.
Essential skills include : a valid Journeyman Plumber license; completion of a plumbing apprenticeship program; minimum of 35 years of plumbing experience; strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment; ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; physical stamina and dexterity to work in various environments; and a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Additional skills and qualifications include : experience with stainless steel, copper, polypropylene, PVC, and CPVC materials; proficiency in brazing, electrofusion, grooving, and soldering; and experience with industry-leading methods for pipe fabrication.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spring House, PA. The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00 / hr.
