Hiring Range :

The hiring range for this position is $70,000-$90,000 annually with quarterly profit sharing. This is the base pay scale range Caltrol reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of this posting. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on geographic region, skills, qualifications, and experience of the candidate along with the requirements of the position.

What you'll be doing :

  • Organize and coordinate all project activities, including quotations, order entry, fabrication, factory testing, documentation, and execution.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
  • Lead, coordinate, and facilitate internal and customer-facing project kickoff and handover meetings.
  • Manage customer communication, including change orders and technical issues.
  • Oversee project documentation, including transmittals and status reports.
  • Coordinate procurement and delivery of equipment and services.
  • Identify and pursue cost-saving and scope expansion opportunities.
  • Work closely with Inside Sales and Account Management teams to manage project scope.
  • Review projects with business unit leaders to maximize profitability and identify cost saving opportunities.
  • Act as coordinator and facilitator for technical issues.

What we’re looking for :

  • 2-5 years' project management experience.
  • Significant customer communication experience.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Dedication and commitment to drive projects to completion.
  • Team Player – Skilled at delegation and coordination with others.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills.
  • Works well under pressure : sometimes meeting multiple and conflicting deadlines.
  • Preferred :

  • BS degree with two years’ of relevant experience OR eight years of equivalent involvement in industrial projects
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software applications including Microsoft Project.
  • Working towards or completion of the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Work Environment / Work Schedule :

    Hybrid work schedule. Home office, regular field / customer site visits, and reporting into our Chandler office.

    Physical Demands :

    This job is performed in a typical office setting, or home office, as well as visits to customer sites. During these visits, extended periods of walking and standing may be required, up to 100% of the time. Must be able to wear required PPE when necessary.

    Travel :

    Occassional travel to other Caltrol offices or to customer sites.
