How You'll Make an Impact
In the role of Staff, Agile Coach, you will be a catalyst for driving agile transformation within our organization. By facilitating and guiding Scrum and Kanban practices, you will empower teams to become self-organizing and high-performing. Your expertise in scaled agile planning will help align product strategies with delivery efforts, fostering a collaborative environment across product lines. As a servant leader, you will inspire teams and leaders to embrace agile methodologies, contributing to improved technical excellence and organizational agility. Your efforts will be instrumental in creating an environment that values continuous improvement and predictable delivery. This is a hybrid position with a minimum requirement of 2 days in the Westminster or Irving office per week.
What You'll Achieve
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) with over 12 years in relevant roles, including 6-8 years of enterprise Agile coaching with matrixed teams.
Additional certifications like PAL, EBM, KMP, and SAFe certifications.

Base Salary : $93,750 - $156,250
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon, but not limited to the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location and application employment laws. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
