About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations for Critical Care to lead the integration and alignment of critical care services across its three Florida divisions. This inaugural administrative dyad leader will be responsible for designing and executing specialty-specific operational strategies that drive financial sustainability, optimize resources, and expand consumer access. The role requires expertise in large-scale medicine or hospital-based specialties, with a specific focus on critical care, and a proven track record in dyad / shared leadership models. The successful candidate will work with market leaders to unify operations, influence diverse stakeholders, and lead organizational changes to support a culture of innovation.

Candidates for the Vice President of Operations, Critical Care position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. A Master's degree and 10+ years' senior leadership experience in a large, multi-division health system are preferred. The role demands strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational integration, as well as the ability to lead digital health, operational innovation, or academic partnerships. The VP will also serve as a consultant to develop critical care specialty-specific strategies and clinical standards, ensuring the deployment of specialty-specific playbooks across the organization to advance quality outcomes and sustain growth.
