Candidates for the Vice President of Operations, Critical Care position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years' progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations. A Master's degree and 10+ years' senior leadership experience in a large, multi-division health system are preferred. The role demands strong skills in strategic planning, financial management, and operational integration, as well as the ability to lead digital health, operational innovation, or academic partnerships. The VP will also serve as a consultant to develop critical care specialty-specific strategies and clinical standards, ensuring the deployment of specialty-specific playbooks across the organization to advance quality outcomes and sustain growth.
