Position Overview
In alignment with Monogram Foods Core Values and Health & Safety (HS) Team Policies, the Manager, Health and Safety Programs supports the companys continual improvement efforts in health and safety performance. This position provides direct support to the Vice President, Health & Safety and all Monogram locations on matters related to health, safety, and security.
The Manager, Health and Safety Programs is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing company-wide health and safety programs that protect team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote a culture of safety across all facilities. This role provides leadership in hazard prevention, risk management, and incident response, while partnering with plant and corporate leaders to drive consistent practices. The Manager also leads training initiatives to strengthen awareness, knowledge, and accountability for safe work practices at every level of the organization.
This position reports to the Vice President, Health & Safety.
