Our Family Medicine practice is seeking a dedicated and compassionate physician to join our team part-time. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive full-spectrum primary care for adult patients and children over the age of 11, managing both acute and chronic health conditions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform thorough evaluations and provide ongoing medical management.
• Develop long-term relationships with patients, emphasizing preventive care and chronic disease management.
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation in the EHR system (eClinicalWorks).
• Stay up to date with the latest medical advancements and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Foster a positive and professional environment with both patients and staff.
