About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer to lead its nursing operations and strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving clinical excellence and ensuring the quality of patient care across all departments. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to align nursing goals with the organization's objectives, as well as overseeing compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice. The CNO will also be tasked with promoting staff development, managing nursing budgets, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction. Key responsibilities for the Chief Nursing Officer include overseeing nursing staff recruitment, retention, and performance evaluations, developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, and monitoring patient care metrics. The role requires a Master of Science in Nursing or an equivalent advanced degree, a minimum of 5 years' of executive-level nursing leadership experience, and a strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and nursing best practices. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of improving patient care outcomes, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
