Are you a seasoned Senior Accountant ready to take that next step or an Accounting Manager looking to trade stress for balance? We're partnering with a small, mission-driven nonprofit in Seattle that's looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager to support their Finance Director and help lead the accounting function through a busy season of growth. This is a full-time, onsite role (M-F, 8-5) with business casual dress (nice jeans are fine) and a close-knit, collaborative team.

In this role, you'll handle full-cycle accounting, lead month-end close, oversee reconciliations, and support financial reporting and audits. You'll review others' work, strengthen internal processes, and be the go-to person when the team needs direction, without the pressure of managing a large department. You'll join a hardworking, down-to-earth group that values reliability, communication, and good humor. The right person will take ownership, stay organized, and enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.

We're looking for :

• BA / BS in Accounting
• 3+ years of accounting experience
• Leadership or review-level experience
• Strong Excel skills
• Nonprofit or healthcare background a plus
